εκτιμά ότι υπάρχει πιθανότητα αναβάθμισης της Ελλάδας. Η αξιολόγηση αναμένεται να γίνει εντός της ημέρας από τον οίκο. Η Ελλάδα έχει αξιολόγηση BB (High) και σταθερή προοπτική από την DBRS.
Ο οίκος θα αποφασίσει εάν θα παρακάμψει την αναβάθμιση των προοπτικών της χώρας και θα δώσει την επενδυτική βαθμίδα ή αν θα δώσει αρχικά την αναβάθμιση των προοπτικών και αργότερα την επενδυτική βαθμίδα. Είναι επίσης πιθανή και η μη αξιολόγηση της χώρας. Τα ορόσημα της ελληνικής οικονομίας προς το παρόν δεν έχουν απογοητεύσει τον οίκο.
Η ανακτηση της επενδυτικής βαθμίδας για την Ελλάδα εκτιμάται ότι έχει πιθανότητες 50-50. Η ανάπτυξη της ελληνικής οικονομίας, παρά τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει, συνεχίζει να είναι θετική.
Η αξιολόγηση της χώρας γίνεται σε ένα αβέβαιο παγκόσμιο περιβάλλον, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει αποφυγή ρίσκου από όλες τις πλευρές. Τα ενεργειακά κόστη και οι αποζημιώσεις για τις φυσικές καταστροφές αυξάνουν τον προβληματισμό για τον προϋπολογισμό της χώρας στους επόμενους μήνες.
Αν και εκτός επενδυτικής βαθμίδας για 13 χρόνια, η Ελλάδα έχει βελτιώσει τη θέση της στην αγορά ομολόγων. Η απάντηση για την ανάκτηση της επενδυτικής βαθμίδας θα δοθεί σήμερα από την DBRS.
Στις 15 Σεπτεμβρίου θα ακολουθήσει η αξιολόγηση από την Moody’s. Αναμένεται βελτίωση στην αξιολόγηση, αλλά όχι επενδυτική βαθμίδα. Η ανάκτηση της επενδυτικής βαθμίδας από την S&P αναμένεται στις 20 Οκτωβρίου.
Παράλληλα, διαδραματίζεται η διαδικασία αποεπένδυσης του Ταμείου Χρηματοπιστωτικής Σταθερότητας από τις τράπεζες, ενώ η κυβέρνηση τονίζει τη σημασία της δημοσιονομικής πειθαρχίας.
