αναβαθμίζει την Ελλάδα στην επενδυτική βαθμίδα“. Πρόκειται για τον τρίτο οίκο αξιολόγησης που τοποθετεί την Ελλάδα σε αυτήν την κατηγορία μετά τον Αύγουστο, ακολουθώντας τη Scope Ratings και την Ιαπωνική R&I, και υπονοεί ότι οι τρεις μεγάλοι οίκοι S&P Global, Moody’s και Fitch θα ακολουθήσουν.
Οι Financial Times γράφουν: “Η αξιολόγηση του αξιοχρεούς της Ελλάδας αναβαθμίστηκε σε επενδυτική βαθμίδα για πρώτη φορά από την κρίση χρέους”, επισημαίνοντας ότι η DBRS αναγνωρίζεται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα, που δίνει σημασία στις απόψεις της. Η επιστροφή στην επενδυτική βαθμίδα είναι το τελευταίο στάδιο ανάκαμψης της Ελλάδας, μετά την προσεχή χρεοκοπία και έξοδό της από την ευρωζώνη.
Σύμφωνα με το Bloomberg, η DBRS αναβάθμισε την Ελλάδα στην επενδυτική βαθμίδα, παρέχοντας την μεγαλύτερη αναβάθμιση μέχρι σήμερα. Επιβεβαιώνει ότι αυτή είναι η σημαντικότερη αναβάθμιση που έχει γίνει μέχρι σήμερα από την κατηγορία “σκουπίδια”, έπειτα από περισσότερο από μια δεκαετία. Η DBRS λαμβάνει υπόψη της η Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράπεζα και αυτό σημαίνει ότι τα ελληνικά ομόλογα δεν θα υπόκεινται σε περικοπές υψηλότερες από τις κανονικές όταν χρησιμοποιούνται ως εγγύηση σε προγράμματα αναχρηματοδότησης.
Το Associated Press σημειώνει: “Ένας μεγάλος διεθνής οίκος αναβάθμισε το αξιόχρεο της Ελλάδας στην επενδυτική βαθμίδα, κίνηση που αναμένεται να αυξήσει την εμπιστοσύνη των επενδυτών στη χώρα που εξαρτιόταν προηγουμένως από προγράμματα διάσωσης. Μέχρι σήμερα, παρά τις προηγούμενες αναβαθμίσεις, η Ελλάδα δεν είχε καταφέρει να ανακτήσει την επενδυτική βαθμίδα που είχε χάσει κατά τη διάρκεια της κρίσης χρέους του 2009-2018, που την οδήγησε στα πρόθυρα της χρεοκοπίας”
