Ο υπουργός Ανάπτυξης, Κώστας Σκρέκας, έχει εκδώσει απόφαση για τη θέσπιση πλαφόν σε είδη πρώτης ανάγκης. Αυτό έγινε μετά τις καταγγελίες περί αισχροκέρδειας από επαγγελματίες στη Θεσσαλία, όπου πωλούσαν μπουκάλι νερού… με 6 ευρώ! Οι ειδικοί προειδοποιούν για την αύξηση τέτοιων περιστατικών κατά τη διάρκεια καταστροφικών γεγονότων, όπως φυσικές καταστροφές. Μέσα σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, η απόφαση του Υπουργού Ανάπτυξης επεκτείνει το θεσμικό πλαίσιο περιορισμού της αθέμιτης κερδοφορίας και στα προϊόντα διατροφής και επιβίωσης για τους καταναλωτές.
Βάσει αυτής της απόφασης, ορίζεται πλαφόν στα επίπεδα μεικτού κέρδους του 2021 για “κάθε άλλη κατηγορία προϊόντων που είναι απαραίτητα για τη διατροφή και την αξιοπρεπή διαβίωση των καταναλωτών σε περιπτώσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης που προκαλούνται από φυσικές ή τεχνολογικές καταστροφές ή φυσικές καταστροφές”. Η απόφαση ισχύει ήδη για 68 κατηγορίες προϊόντων που περιλαμβάνονται στο “Καλάθι του Νοικοκυριού”, το “Καλάθι των Μαθητών” και τα θερμοσίφωνα (προϊόντα παραγωγής ζεστού νερού).

Την ίδια μέρα, ένας επιχειρηματίας του Βόλου βρέθηκε νεκρός σε παραλία, και οι αρχές πιστεύουν ότι ο θάνατός του συνδέεται με την κακοκαιρία.
