Ο κίνδυνος υπερχείλισης του Πηνειού παραμένει πραγματικός, καθώς τα νερά έχουν φτάσει σε ύψος τα 10 μέτρα και ο αριθμός των νεκρών ανέρχεται σε επτά.
Στις 12:59 το μεσημέρι της Παρασκευής, έσταλε μήνυμα για εκκένωση της Γιάννουλης και των Εργατικών Κατοικιών στη Λάρισα, μέσω του 112. Οι κάτοικοι κλήθηκαν να εκκενώσουν προς το Τύρναβο και το κέντρο της Λάρισας.

Ο δήμος Λαρισαίων κάλεσε για εκκένωση των Εργατικών Κατοικιών στην περιοχή της Λάρισας. Σύμφωνα με την ανακοίνωση, οι κάτοικοι καλούνται να εκκενώσουν τις ισόγειες κατοικίες και να κατευθυνθούν προς τα διαμερίσματα ή προς το κέντρο φιλοξενίας που έχει στηθεί στο Κλειστό της Νεάπολης. Ο δήμος επίσης ζητά από τους πολίτες να ακολουθήσουν τις οδηγίες των αρχών.

Οι κάτοικοι στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Παλαμά παραμένουν εγκλωβισμένοι σε σπίτια και στέγες εδώ και δύο μέρες, αντιμετωπίζοντας έλλειψη νερού, φαγητού και φαρμάκων. Έως τώρα ο αριθμός των νεκρών ανέρχεται σε 8, ενώ υπάρχουν αναφορές για περισσότερα θύματα και εκτιμήσεις για αγνοούμενους.
Ο ακριβής αριθμός των εγκλωβισμένων που περιμένουν βοήθεια, καθώς και ο αριθμός των αγνοουμένων παραμένει άγνωστος.
