Survivor: Tension over Marilina’s Nomination – “Been Training Since August and It Bothers Me That I Say She Has No Potential”

In the latest episode of “Survivor” on the night of Monday, March 4th, tension arose among the “Machites” over the nomination of Marilina in the Island’s last Council.

“I’m nominated, it’s very nice. I asked the kids to vote for me because I’ve gotten a bit tired of what’s going on. I pressured them a lot. Whether today or tomorrow, the same thing would happen. I have my reasons why I want to go out and fight. I don’t want to waste my time on all this. The game is very psychological and all this intrigue doesn’t suit me,” said Marilina to the camera after her nomination.

Survivor – Discussion in the Team of the “Machites”

In the “Machites” hut, tensions rose between James and the rest of the players regarding the competitiveness and capabilities of Marilina on the battlefield.

“They focused on the fact that I said I would vote for Marilina because she is not good competitively and has no potential for improvement. She has told me that she has been training since summer for Survivor, and the others say that my stance was rude,” said James Kafetzis.

“We should not say that someone has no potential. It’s understandable to assess whether a player can bring us more or fewer wins, yes, I agree with that. However, we cannot undermine the psychology of a person by constantly saying that they are weak and have no potential for improvement,” commented Dora on her side.
